What is Gold Filled - Gold-filled is composed of a solid layer of gold (typically 14K gold) mechanically bonded to a base metal.  Heat and pressure are used to bond the gold to the surface of the base metal, and it is defined as having 5% gold by weight.

14K Gold Filled is much higher quality and longer lasting than 14K Gold Plating or other ordinary plating metals, and has the look, feel and durability of 14K Gold jewelry at a much more affordable price. 14K Gold Filled can be worn by most people without allergic reactions.   Unlike gold plated, gold filled can last a lifetime if taken care of properly, and isn't affected by water or hot weather. It is also tarnish-free under normal conditions.

What are the spiritual properties of Hematite?

It focuses energy and emotions for balance between the body, mind and spirit. Hematite dissolves negativity and prevents you from absorbing the negativity of others. Haematite is strong, supporting timidity, boosting self-esteem and survivability, enhancing willpower and reliability, and imparting confidence.

The hooks are comfortable and easy to wear, though can be swapped out for posts if you prefer.

  • Sterling silver can quite easily become tarnished over time, which is a natural chemical reaction that occurs when the silver is exposed to substances in the air. However there are several things you can do to delay this process.

While wearing your jewellery, try to avoid contact with products such as moisturiser, hair spray and perfume. Your jewellery should be the last part of your outfit you put on. Also, avoid wearing silver while washing up, cleaning, cooking, bathing and swimming.

Keep a silver polishing cloth (provided) and give items a quick buff after taking them off. When you’re not wearing your jewellery, keep it in a closed container such as a jewellery box.

Lastly, one of the best ways to keep your silver shiny is to wear it frequently, so remember and show it off!
